The CEDS is a regional economic development strategy document that covers the seven counties of northwest Minnesota (Kittson, Roseau, Marshall, Pennington, Red Lake, Polk, and Norman). The regional strategy is based on the economic development cornerstones of Economic Resiliency, Human Capital, Economic Competitiveness, Community Resources, and Foundational Assets. The draft CEDS is open for a 30 day public comment period. To be considered, comments must be received by no later than April 4th, 2022.
