It is the Northwest Regional Development Commission's goal to supplement efforts by local units of government to maintain our economic strength and improve the quality of life in Northwest Minnesota. Serving the counties of Kittson, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake and Roseau.

We continue to play an important role in the development and prosperity of Northwest Minnesota through our varied programs and mission to the region. Our Annual Report highlights our achievements and accomplishments over the past year.

We are guided by the input and direction of the Minnesota Economic Development Planning Committee and Advisory Group. Our Comprehensive Economic Development Strategies (CEDS) identifies our priorities and services for the coming years.

Minnesota has significant economic opportunities across the state.
The DevelopMN plan helps identify needed alignment and documents
a broadly supported strategy for creating shared prosperity.
